This is an admin program for teachers and there's very little I understand about it. The manual provides a good explanation of what the software does:

"The WRMT-R ASSIST automates the conversion of test scores into derived scores for the Woodcock Reading Mastery Tests-Revised.

In addition, the program plots profiles for each test and cluster that has been administered. The ASSIST can be used with both Form G and Form H; it will also calculate scores for the combined Form G+H."

This MAY make sense for anyone who knew what standard tests were given to students in the U.S.A in 1988, but for anyone else, it's not likely to be useful or even interesting as an 8-bit on 3.5" disk educational curio.
