PFS File is the database part of the PFS (Personal Filing System) productivity suite. Originally released on 5.25" disk and with DOS 3.3 as an operating system before the days of AppleWorks, this ProDOS based 3.5" disk release should prove convenient given that it's a newer version with lots of space available on disk to save and manipulate files. It seems to launch fine from System 6 and a hard drive, although this has not been extensively tested.
