Part of Houghton Mifflin's 'Science Vision' series, these titles used both a LaserDisc player and an Apple Video Overlay Card to create a multimedia experience on the IIGS like no other. A combination of IIGS specific programs with their own navigation and illustrations tied to the accompanying laser discs made for some exciting, although very expensive at $450 a title, prospect and was first reported in InCider/A+ in September 1992 (pages 26 to 31).
