Sensei looks like it is based on a karate game originally released for the Commodore 64 (International Karate?), the name of which eludes me. Regardless, Sensei is a very welcome addition to IIGS gaming because it is the only IIGS specific fighting game.

The game boots in seconds from its own custom OS, typical of Miami Software. The graphics are great, the music nicely appropriate and varied and the gameplay enjoyable.

The game is played from either joystick or keyboard, can be played against computer opponents as you try to achieve a black belt through many levels or can be played against a human player.
