Pegasus Pascal is a recent addition to the programming tools archive, Andrew Roughan having discovered some interfacing libraries with Pegasoft's Draw Tools, revealing that it exists. Andrew then found that Ken O Burtch, the brains of Pegasoft, actually has a web presence at http://www.pegasoft.ca. Let's see if he's OK with it being reclassified as freeware.
